SkoolPAL Bookings offers accurate appointments and details by validating each and every appointment against student profiles through the fully integrated student registration system.
How to book my appointment?
First of all, your school must be using SkoolPAL student registration system (https://www.skoolpal.com.au) to support SkoolPAL Bookings. If so, it’s easy as 1-2-3-4. If you have further questions, please try our FAQ section or contact us via support@skoolpal.com.au.
FAQUNLOCK IT
Access “LOG IN” page and sign in using Google, Facebook or just with your email which you’ve used to create the SkoolPAL student registration account.
To identify you and students, it is important that you use a Google or Facebook account with same SkoolPAL account email, if you are trying to login with them.
CHECK AVAILABILITY
Upon a successful login, navigate to the “BOOK APPOINTMENTS” page to see the list of students registered under your email address. Click on one of the student names to check the calendar for available dates and times.
Do this always only after you recieve the booking open notification from your school.
PICK A DATE & TIME
Pick a date and time from the calendar showing based on student selection. Confirm the date by providing any additional details if the form is requesting.
We charge a small $1 booking fee per appointment, if your school has not pre-purchased bulk appointments.
PAY & GO
This step is optional and depends on how your school is using SkoolPAL Bookings. If you see there is a “Booking Fee” for the appointment, then you’ll have to pay a small $1 fee to secure your booking.
We are using PayPal and you can pay by a PayPal account or Credit/Debit Cards.
